Genuine British Army issue, it’s made from a hardwearing gabardine material that provides effective protection from the wind.
The hood can be pulled tight with a drawcord, and the cuffs feature Velcro to achieve a snug fit that helps to keep the wind out. There are also drawcords at the waist and hem for further insulation. The front closes with a zip with a Velcro cover to minimise heat loss.
As well as protection from the elements, this top has been constructed for convenience. It features plenty of practical, deep pockets on the front for keeping essentials close to hand, and the pockets have a button closure to keep contents safe.
